We only stayed overnight on a trip from Dunedin to Nelson but Riverstone was very modern, clean and comfortable..........everything we needed. The only downside I like chinese. Other dining options require a drive into Rangiora....too far to walk.

riverstone in the small town offered a fantastic stay. the owners, mike and charlotte, were incredibly accommodating, making communication easy even with a delayed arrival. the well-run motel had all the amenities needed, including a hot high-pressure shower. With a country pub next door, convenience was at our fingertips. the spacious apartment was perfect for a large family, with comfortable beds and good kitchen facilities. A truly comfortable and clean experience. Cons: can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like! 😊.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities and fulfilled all our luxurious needs. the in-room breakfast was superb, and the outdoor dining area was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. the staff provided excellent service, and the private facilities added an extra touch of comfort.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of an elevator. It was challenging to lug our suitcases up the stairs.

Had the best Christmas stay here! The hosts were awesome, felt like family. The location was fantastic, everything we needed was just a stone's throw away, including a supermarket and a pub. The room was spotless and well-appointed with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Bonus - the shower pressure was amazing!
Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike about our stay here. The only downside we experienced was that the WiFi signal wasn't the strongest in our room.
